These Terms govern use of JADZ Tax Services Academy. By creating an account, purchasing access, joining a business team, or using the academy, you agree to these Terms.
Educational Purpose
The academy provides private educational training in tax preparation. Course completion and any JADZ Certificate of Completion do not constitute an IRS credential, government license, CPA license, enrolled-agent status, legal advice, or a guarantee of employment, income, tax results or representation rights before the IRS.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity under your account. Course access is licensed to the enrolled user or properly assigned business-team member and may not be shared, resold, copied, republished, scraped, or distributed except with written authorization from JADZ Enterprises LLC.
Course Content and Tax-Law Changes
Tax laws, forms, thresholds and procedures can change. Learners and working preparers are responsible for using current authoritative guidance for the tax year being prepared. The academy may update, replace or reorganize course materials and assessments to maintain the program.
Assessments and Certificates
Lesson progression, passing scores and final requirements are controlled by the academy’s current program settings. A certificate may be issued only after the applicable completion requirements are satisfied. JADZ may correct or revoke a certificate issued because of technical error, fraud, account misuse or invalid completion records.
Payments and Upgrades
Prices shown at checkout apply to the transaction being submitted. Payments are processed through PayPal. Eligible individual-tier upgrades may receive credit for the learner’s current paid tier as displayed by the academy at checkout. Business packages are limited by the purchased seat count.
Refunds
Refund requests are governed by the academy’s posted Refund Policy. PayPal or a funding institution may also have separate terms that apply to payment processing.
Acceptable Use
You may not attempt to bypass enrollment or lesson restrictions, interfere with the platform, access another person’s account, share credentials, distribute assessment answers, misuse invite codes, copy protected course content for resale, or use the academy for unlawful activity.
Availability
We work to keep the academy available and secure, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting incidents, security events, third-party services or circumstances outside our control can temporarily affect availability.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, JADZ-branded curriculum, text, graphics, assessments, training resources, workflows and academy materials are owned by or licensed to JADZ Enterprises LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Limitation and Governing Principles
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the academy is provided for educational purposes without a guarantee of a particular professional, tax, business or financial outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
